KRONG - Units


Krong has no buildings or ground units - there are only nodes. There are 2 kind of nodes: M-Nodes (Military or Support nodes) and I-Nodes (Industrial or Supply nodes). All Krong units, except Y-Unit, can be disassembled back to Y-Units which can be morphed into other Krong units.

Industrial nodes can land on a planet, and in landed mode they act like Human buildings - but the main difference between Human buildings and Krong I-Nodes is mobility. Krong I-Node can just lift off from a planet without any losses and fly away.

 KRONG - M-Nodes


Y-Unit

Krong basic unit. Consists of a myriad of nano-machines joined by an energy field. It is used in the morphing process and as a common unit in military operations. Can attack space objects and can be used for orbital bombardment.

U2

A large conglomerate of Y-Units. Nearest analog - Human Bomber and Mercenary Fighter. Cannot land on planet. Can not be used for orbital bombardment.

U3

A huge conglomerate of Y-Units. Nearest analog - Human Capital Ship. Cannot land on planet. Cannot be used for orbital bombardment.

U4

Extra huge Y-Units conglomerate. Can collaps stars - any star, attacked by U4 becomes a Black Hole.
Cannot land on a planet, cannot attack space objects, cannot be used for orbital bombardment. This is the ultimate weapon - when a star becomes a Black Hole, all planets from the star system and all fleets in that system are destroyed.

Note: if the star class is G or K or M it can become Black Hole only as result of chain reaction.


 KRONG - I-Nodes


CEC

Cyber Energy Complex - converts Energy Crystals mined by CM into Energy when landed. Can pump Energy directly from a star to the Core when idled on star orbit. Can land on a planet - acts as planetary defense facility when landed. Cannot attack space units - can only respond to attack.

CF

Cyber Factory - produces Y-Units from Metals and Energy from Core and hyper them back to the Core. Cannot attack units.
