HUMAN - Orbital Base Orders
ACTIVATE
Forces the Orbital Base to work at full capacity.
REPAIR
Starts the Orbital Base's auto repair system. Each turn it will repair itself using a specific amount of resources.
BUILD NEW BASE
Orders the construction of an Orbital Base in the specified location. Note, that this order will be placed in the Queue.
DESTROY BASE
This is the most drastic action you may take. Note, that it has an immediate result.
