TIME IS FROZEN IN THE TESTING GROUND. Also, Time is frozen Pelasides but I know that is because there was a winner there. So, I would like to play somewhere to get experience but with things frozen in the Test Grounds and other galaxies either closed or stuck, what is a player to do?
