In next beta, after registering, players must activate their acoount. An email with activation code and instruction will be send to provided email address.
For old acoounts an email with activation code was resent.
Some email providers blocked our emails because we have no real mailer on game server. If you have any problems please contact us directly via email (you may find our emails on www.dqteam.com site).

Also note:
You may got the error about "bad or obsolete data". This is because You already played, which is impossible from the point of view of activation system. Just ignore this message.
When Trio will be closed You will be able to re-request activation code.
