When i try to make a money transfer, for example to id 1013, it alway says id not found try again.
(it tried with id 1007 too)

Hmmm, very strange.
1) Is the Empire Your ally ? You can tranfer money only between alliance members.
2) Whan is Your ID ? (As I understand, You tried to tranfer money to 1007 and to 1013, isn`t ?)

My ID is 1017, the targets are in my alliance but .. it works again ...

There is 2 possibilities:
1) This was a bug related to database - it is gone, when backup/restore performed
2) You "hit in tick" - when turn is executing client may see strange errors, which disappear if You just refresh the page. This was done to ensure data consistensy during turn process.

The money transfer isn't working again. The message says that it failed because I havn't selected a mission OR that the mission is not executable. The thing is, I DID select a mission, and the mission IS executable..
The mission was a planetary defense sabotage of a Guardian planet.

Can You specify Your Empire ID ? And which planet - exact coordonates ?

I have a money transfer that didn't go through. My ID# is 1058. I transferred 5 million (4.5 million after the commission) to ID#1166, but he hasn't received it after more than 20 turns. Thanks.

Hmmm, quite strange....
I just verifyed logs records....
There was only 2 money transfers in the Virgo:
at 2005-01-04 21:25:49 and 2005-01-06 19:59:55 (server time, GMT+2)
but the money originator is not You. And there was no transfers on that amount in TG.
I`ll simulate this case on the DB copy tomorrow, but I think You are missed smth....
In any case, I`ll report about investigation`s results.
P.S. May be You hit in the tick and transfer was not done? In that case Your money remained in Trader`s bank.

That's odd, because the money definitely disappeared. It showed me what the commission was and all that. Is there any other way of confirming that the transfer went through or getting a "receipt"?

Transferring work in 3 steps:
1) You choise how much money You want to transfer and destination empire.
2) System ask Your confirmation (at this step comission and destination Empire`s name are shown, no checks are performed) - You must press confirm button to pass to p.3
3) Money transfer transaction. Only after You confirmed it - and money are put into log table and transfer table - all actions in single transaction - if it passed, all is ok, if not - all remain as before - like in real life bank transfers.
I just verified in game database (I hate work with real DB, but I can not access dev server from home) - there are no records about this transfer, even Your Empire has no such money amount. 
I`ll do more deep investigation tomorrow - if there is really bug, You will take all loses, no problems.
