I have the orbital industrial facility to build, but I have not researched it yet...I think it unlocked with the automated factories...so think thats a bug...

I remember that last game, i had the facility then researched it ages later lol.

Heh, I had a few, but I put them in queue at the very start, when everything was listed  ...I had it also, but didnt think much of it then
