I still get the black blocks on the galaxy map, quite often now. Its almost like a vertical and horizontal black bar that covers some of the map in an L shape.

I sent a screen of it before, but now it seems more common, maybe because I have more on the map (ship lines, explored planets etc)?

Send me a screen of this, for several situations, please.

Don't forget to describe your actions before it happens.

Well, I just go to the map, zoom out and some times, it has many stars and things missing, but all in a line. Usualy like a thick L shape across the galaxy. Other times it forms a square around my whole empire...

I'm not sure, but maybe it has something to do with zooming, I use the scroll wheel often as its quicker, and MAYBE, this is the cause...I havent seen the bug when using the buttons at the top, but it may still happen...

I think maybe its not loading the rest of the map when I zoom out, so that part remains blank, but not sure...

Very strange behavior ... again its IE only as mouse wheel in other browsers does not work.

2 solutions:
1 - we disable this possibility for IE (very easy to do)
2 - we try to find the problem and solve it, but this function will be available for IE only and not in full capacity, as it should work on entire map not just on stars. (this could be a long way)

What do you think?

I sent the screens already

Anyway, I use the mouse wheel a lot, its much easier than clicking the buttons, so even with this bug that happens some times, its better than not having it at all. The scrolling may be a bug, but in this case a good bug

So I prefer to leave it as it is and not totaly disable it

If its possible to fix the black lines on the map, then that would be good. But its not a huge problem because you just have to reload the map (or click the show/hide buttons) to make it display correct. But it is still a bug, so not sure...
