Do they exist?

I for one think so, and i also think Maverick is somewhere in the galaxy with us.

If you look on the Select Empire screen, it shows 4 empires total. One could be for Guardians, one for Maverick.

I dont think guardians are in it yet...but they could be...

Maverick is in the game, he said he was building corvettes to explore

We should gang up on you Disrupter!!! Disrupting the peace And anyway, do you really want to fight one of the devs? You may not remember Trading Federation...but I do!!! Thats suicide...

In DQ:E I think we could stand a chance, but not here yet

Things not implemented yet:
- Guardian planets
- Terraforming
- Battles
- Alliences
- Fleets management
- Colonization
- etc.

I see you are almost maxed out in terms of research. So I would like to ask you to think on some balance ie tch costs, building costs, maybe change tech tree a little, etc Meanwhile I'll do colonization ...

I think that the early research should be made alot more easy to get, the basic things were too slow even this round, and thats with the 5X speed increase.

The really good techs, like best weapons etc should be alot harder to get. I think it should not increse by 50, but more like increse in bigger steps each time.

Because of the 5X increase this round it really went 10 > 20 > 30 > 40 etc, and at first it was hard to get up 1 level, because I only had a few people and not much good buildings, and trying to get the good buildings took a long time. But later (I imagine even more when you have more planets) it was quite easy to get the latest techs, a bit too easy...Maybe something like:

5 > 10 > 15 > 25 > 50 > 75 > 100 > 150 > 200 > 300

Something like that, maybe the later techs need increseing even more, but not sure...

Oh, and also I think a science queue is really needed. I have to keep checking back every few turns to place a new item for science... I am on summer break and have plenty time now . But during a normal round, I wouldn't have time to do that, so it would make research very hard if you only check back 2 or 3 times each day.

For building costs, all seems fine. I havent noticed any reall problems with them...

Only one thing is the maintenance reducing buiildings, its hard to work out in %, if it were in exact values (like -15 or -35) it would probably be alot better...

For ships, I think they seem ok. I was a bit shocked at the cost of colonisation ships at first, but now I think its ok...

I think x-cloonisation could be named 'Colonisation Theory' or something...

I agree with K, building costs are pretty good as of right now, everything makes sense.

I think researches could go like 5,10,25,50,100,200,300,400,500 or something.

Where it starts off easy and gets much harder to go higher up.
