If you want to get the opinions of other gamers regarding the implementation of new options, etc, I suggest that you put up a "vote" page. On the "vote" page you can put up all the different things that you want the opinions of the gamers on. (An example of this is whether or not to have "war" in the newly proposed testing galaxy.
