How about a drag and drop type interface, you can drag and drop the tech over the position you want to move it. Not sure how easy it is to implement though...

| If written from scratch it is quite hard. There is a good library though, that could be used. In any case it needs a code rewriting. I rather do it as enhancement later.

Yeah, that would be best. After everything is working ok, then anythings can be improved if nessasary.

I request small features for building process
1. Remove from build select list Starbase and battlestation if Starfortress already in queue
2. Add possibility to place in queue multiple terraforming depend to planet class
3. Remove some not need ecological buildings from building list if more poweful aready builded or placed in queue, such as in p.1
4. Automatically reopen (expand) build list after adding any item to queue in same category that added item

Added to proposed enhancements.
Following are my comments:
Quote 1. Remove from build select list Starbase and battlestation if Starfortress already in queue
|
| Sometimes you would like to build a lower version of the building before the big one. I for example would build a starbase first to have a small defense before building starfortress.
Quote 2. Add possibility to place in queue multiple terraforming depend to planet class
|
| This is an exeption from the rule. I'll have to think how to implement it.
Quote 3. Remove some not need ecological buildings from building list if more poweful aready builded or placed in queue, such as in p.1
|
| Its a game balance issue. Normally all ecology buildings should cover almost all pollution for a full industrial colony.
Quote 4. Automatically reopen (expand) build list after adding any item to queue in same category that added item
|
| Agree.

Of cause, but for this cause i place first starbase and then more poweful buildings.
But in current version i can place StarFortress and then i can place in queue starbase.
So i dont see any logical errors in my proposal.
