I noticed the post in russian, and tried to use Google Translate, and it didnt work very well, not enough to be able to read what it was saying fully. Is their any good online translator sites, that work well Russian > English?

In few words it was a comment about map - that I'll change as you know and about font size being too small.

Yeah, that works quite ok. I can at least get a basic idea about what its about
Only problem I see is with forum language, like quite often people dont write in full sentances etc, and an online translator couldnt translate that 
About the font size issue. The browser has its own font size, so you could just change that if its too small.
Now, to test the translator, does this make sence, should be what I said above:
О шрифте измеряют проблему. У браузера есть свой собственный размер шрифта, таким образом Вы могли только изменить это, если это является слишком маленьким.
If it works ok I may be able to post replys in Russian, if it works well enough...I think only if I write in full sentances and spell and grammar check first, gives the translator the best chance to translate it I guess. Maybe even I could learn a little bit of Russian along the way

Next time i'll try to write english, but i can make some grammar errors, do not judge strictly.

Second sentence was translated ok. First one its a mess
When making design I have a minimum resolution of 1024x768. This resolution is commonly used, at least so it appears in google/analytics for sites we have statistics for. So small fonts were needed to be able to put all information in 1 page May be later we will redo design for a bigger minimal resolution if required.

Partially agree.
I see some forms where you can enlarge fonts without changing of main design.
