When you drag population to set assignments on the colonies screen, the little human icon floats far above the mouse position. Its annoying because you can't use it for your bottom few planets because their is no way to get it over it. Also when freighters come in it will cause you to put people on the wrong planets etc

I'm not sure it would help much, because the mouse does not display in screen shots...I will still send one if you want, and mark where the mouse was myself...if thats any help?
It may be IE7 again, but when you drag the people the icon jumps up like half a screen above the mouse pointer, and as the icon has to be placed over the correct box, it makes it impossible to move people in the bottom planets of the list...

Ok. Reproduced the bug. It happens when you scroll down the page and then drag.

Ah, yeah. I didnt notice that. But I have lots of planets so have to scroll to see the bottom ones

Now I cant move people at all. I have an error on the page (if you click ! symbol in status bar), it says:

Also, a while box appears near the top of the page, I think its the one the people are meant to be in. Its empty though.
