Hi.
The guide mentions that the human have a Transfer screen which is used for loading and unloading troops and people from transport ships. I can't find the appropriate link on my empire menu and was wondering if it was removed and if so how this functionality is handled now.

Transfer screen was merged with system screen for Humans to be more usable. Look at last (IIRC) button - near scan - a small hint must appear if You move mouse pointer above it. I plan to update Guide model soon - to allow players add/modify it.

Any particular reason transports can't be sold on the market? they are ships just like caps and fighters..

You will see transfer button under number 3.
