Ok, I proposed a NAP with your alliance and disrupters alliance.
BTW, how can you leave or rename alliances?

We have a NAP
If you are a member then you cannot leave an alliance and there is no possibility to dismiss the alliance yet. Alliance founder can expel members though.

Will it be possible to leave alliances? Because if you cant it will be annoying, because you may not want to remain in an alliance all the time...

Yes it will. You'll have at least 2 features more, leave alliance as a member and dismiss alliance as a founder.
