Here is some text for the game basics page:
Welcome to the Delta Quadrant: Horizons guide. Here you will find information about how to play, and details about the various aspects of the game.
If you are new to Delta Quadrant: Horizons, first ensure you have created an account, it’s free and should only take a few minutes. You can create an account [link]here.[/link]
For help on creating an empire, see the ‘Getting Started’ section on the [link]empire[/link] page.
If you already have an empire, or just wish to know more about the game in general, use the menu to the left to navigate through the guide.
Rules and Regulations:

History:
[Insert a brief history of the delta quadrant, maybe also a bit about DQ:E and how the game came to be made etc.]

Also, maybe renaming the page back to 'Getting Started' would work better, think thats what it used to be called

The word 'it's' is shown as 'it�s' (has a square in it), think the symbol is not recognised for the font or something.
Also, are the rules writen yet? Or are these not planned yet, and also, what needs to be writen for the history section? I put a basic idea, but I dont know the details to write anything for it. If you post some ideas I can try and write something up though

Not writen yet, but planned. We need a sort of EULA when registering/logging in.
