2 Maverick.
Please add temporary ability for manage "services on/off" from user profile for test purposes.
Now i cannot test some forms.
1. Galaxy Map is empty
2. Planet list is blocked
Map not work only in Firefox 3.0.1
In IE 6.0 work fine
Some features requested
1. Add Storing parameters of map (position and zoom) between forms swith.
2. Add Commands for fleets from galaxy Map such as colonize, attack and move.
For ex: I select start system and open form with planets and fleet then i like to have abilty to colonize planet by 1-2 mouse click.
I propose to add popup menu "colonize, move, Attack" and then after selecting it open small form with fleets list filtered by type and sorted asc by route len to action point
3. Add posibility of swith to system form from planets list form This message was edited by skyraider

| Very strange, works fine on my side.

Now: I'm build colonize ship and cannot colonize any planet

| Yes I know. I'm adding you services in DB so you can play normally until services module will be fully implemented.

| Strange again. I've tested map in IE7, FF 3.0.1, Opera 9+, Chrome and everything works fine.

| It could be black only if map doesn't get data about stars. Check your proxy/security settings.

I can still access the planets list...am I mean to, or is it meant to be blocked?
Anyway, if the planets list is a membership feature, then could it be made better? It only shows a very few planets, really it would be good to have all planets that match your search shown, although maybe not all at once, maybe make it more like a search engine, and split it into separate pages, and have numbers at the bottom so you can change between pages (this prevents huge loading time with thousands of planets showing at once).
Also, like DQ:E could it have options to search by alliance and empire, so you could find all planets owned by a certain alliance/empire.
And also, could the planets found be links to the actual system, and have options for things like colonisation etc.
Also, could your last search be saved? I mean if I return to the search after going to a different page, then the results from the last search are still shown? Because if I am trying to colonise 10 ultra rich terrestrial planets, and click them to colonise one, then I dont want to keep entering the same search data each time I come back to search for the second etc.
That would make things much easier.

| I activated this service for all accounts.

| What do you mean by very few planets? It shows all found planets filtered by search criteria. It separates them into pages, also.

| All enhancements are possible, but require time for implementation.
Quote And also, could the planets found be links to the actual system, and have options for things like colonisation etc.[q] Planets list has just basic functionality. It will have other search criteria, different possible actions, such as colonization.

| Do we really need it when colonization directly from list would be possible?

Oh, ok. Thanks.

Really?!?!? It dont work in IE7, I just searched for all Aplha Gaea planets, with 'Any' in the other boxes, and it returns only 15 planets. I cant see anything to change pages...
Their cant be only 15 Alpha Gaea in the galaxy, as I have 93 of my own...

Maybe that would help, but in DQ:E I used the browser back button, to return to the previous search...but cant now, and lots of times it would be useful, like searching all enemy planets, for attacking etc. Is it easier to include the search options to the URL in the query string, so at least back will return to the same results page...that would be ok.
EDIT: Actualy, I dont think its nessasary, if you can colonise from the results page, that should be fine. You already get plenty information about owner and relation etc.
