My suggestion:
Add the ability to stop and start the build queue.

You can stop queue by changing state to "Stop" for each record in queue.
So, I think to realise this feature we must add possibility to set state for all record by one command.
For Example: add Field with queue item state in top of queue form and place "Set All" button to process this command.
