If you vote from the empire select screen (before selecting galaxy), then UC is not given. It is also possible to vote again from in galaxy.

IF TWG didn't work then MPOG TOP shouldn't work also. Could you please check both cases?

Ok, I logg in, access services page (no galaxy loaded yet), and I have 205 GC.
I click MPOG Top link.
Now. I reload Services page and I still have 205 GC, and link is still active.
I click also get same with Top Web Games.
So, the links when no galaxy is loaded just dont get recorded when you click them.
I open virgo, and vote, and everything works, and link gets blocked, and GC is rewarded.
