The guide tells that the landed CEC producing 320 energy/100crytsals. I see my crystals decreasing but no energy producing. Need urgent attantion. TG galaxy. My orbital CECs are in jumping action. They should works until they leave the original sun.

No. CECs can produce energy only when they are in the IDLE state in system.
