What the Krong Guide says:
Extra huge Y-Units conglomerate. Can collaps stars - any star, attacked by U4 becomes a Black Hole, even if the star class is G or K or M.
What the game says when I attack a class K star:
Failed:this class of stars can not be collapsed
Which one is wrong?
If you want a detailed explanation:
I attacked an enemy system star which was class K, and got a message back saying "This class of stars cannot be attacked"
The guide says that ANY star, if attacked by a U4, will become a black hole. Where's the inconsistency?

Guide is outdated a bit - some changes in the game balance are not reflected. It will be updated during next week, I hope.
You can only collaps O, B, A, F stars in the current design. Possible, this behavior will be changed in the next version - if we decide to change balance a bit.
P.S. This is all live games` pain - the documentation is always in the back of the game

There is a simple rule - no balance changes are made during round time.
But I think, stars G, K, M will remain "uncollapsable" - You should use other tactics again Empires, colonized those systems rather "fireground" tactics.
