I just joined in the Pleides (after Virgo closed) and I just started growing some trophs, when something happened. I had to log out as I couldn't load any pages and then when I logged in again, my resources had disappeared but I was producing any trophs?! What happened?

Look into growing organs report and see if your trophs started growing.
