it says in the guide that you can, as a player, generate a black hole. can someone tell me what you need to colaps a super masssive star in to a black hole.

And a correct place for a collapse
After the first collapse of a star, depending on the size and a class of the disorganized star,
the most close stars in the field of chain reaction (max 5 min 2 for pleiads) will be also collapsed (chain reaction will begin).
Then new black hole unites weight of the disorganized stars and changes location to their center of weight.
Force of a black hole increases.
This process recursively proceeds.
The resume:
do not colonize a star in dangerous area!!!
Stars GKM can be collapsed only by chain reaction.

Are wormholes random events or can you form them also?

Wormholes are "prebuild" in the galaxy. Some of them canbe in 2 states: active and passive.
When WH is in passive state, You can not see it, when it is in active state - You can use it for quick jumping (all races except fagur).
In the current game version WH can not be created by player - it can be set only by GM.

Is it possible to implement that when generating blackhole, there is a chance it actually creates a wormhole (after collapsing the star) - maybe if enough chain reactions are resulting from the original collapse? the wormhole could then randomly connect to another blackhole in the galaxy, turning it too into a wormhole.
just an idea, but maybe a programming nightmare? shouldn't be really if you have database tables set up of wormholes and blackholes?
what about then wormholes that connect different galaxies? now THAT would be cool but maybe only one. alliances within galaxies unite to fight the alliances of another galaxy. WOW, I'm on a role here.

This feature is reserved for future version(s)

No, they are in the same table actually Wormhole difer from BH only by one value

This is real nightmare - because each galaxy is _separate_ database - this allow us to spead galaxies over different servers. FB did not support yet heterogeneous queries (2PC transactions are difficult to implement in current game logic) - so I think You never cah ask for help Your friend from other Galaxy, but who knows ...
