Buildings have been implemented. You can construct them now.
ALSO - did some changes to planets stats, so don't be surprised if your population gos up or down.

Mine seems to be the same, no change up or down.
Also, what does this say:

Thats on the automated farms box, but I dont know what language it is. I tryed a translation site from Russian to English but it didnt work...
