In the Testing galaxie I get this error message if I try to colonize a new planet.
The planet is scanned and free - and I am playing Krong.
Anyone know what this mean ?

This means you reached so called "planet colnization limit". In general terms, You can not just "colonize" (land node on it for Krong) planet, if you already have more than N (N=20..50+ depending on galaxy you are playing and number of turns passed since game started) planets colonized. Fagur and Human must assimilate/conquer planets, but Krong has no such ability as "conquer" or "assimilate" - so, you just must use at least 95% (and up) of total planets surface you own.

so are you saying when you use 95% you can land more i nodes?

The guide says that it is a constant 50 planets. If this is not correct, then perhaps the guide should be updated.
