I'm a Fagur in Testing Grounds.
When I try to grow something, it doesnt show up. I put in 20 in the Hive box, the land space decreases, but when I click the button, nothing happens.

Might be you have no grown Hives on that planet. Until you have at least 1 grown Hive on planet you cannot order ane organs.

In testing grounds I'm fagur, and it says that I can only expand on a maximum of 20 planets (isn't the maximum 100?).. not sure if this is a bug

No, this is not a bug - this is limitation for TG.
