Ok, quite a strange bug. If you move population backwards and forwards between assignments it adds money to your treasury 
Some how I think thats a bug

It works for food also, it seems that whatever the last production was of the planet you moved from, the food value gets added to your empire food total...I think, it makes it higher anyway...it also goes down at times...
Right, ok. I cant repeat the bug, but one did happen. I had 13 food at the top, and moved some population to farming, then back to science and it went up and stayed at 47...now it is stuck at 47.
13 is my empire excess food, where 47 my total food production, so these are getting mixed up I think...but still not sure exactly...I cant get my food back down to 13 now...

Right, its reset by turn tick I think, my food at the top is now 11.
I bet though if I move population from science to food then back it will go up to about 47 again. Will try now.
Ok, I move 5 people from science to food, the number at the top is now 77. I then move the 5 people back to science and my number at the top is 47...
Nothing has changed, my assignments are exactly the same as before, but it has grown my food production alot...
It should reset next turn if I am right...

Their is still a problem with food count, try it after a turn tick Your food number should be low (mine is about 30) and then move some population assignments, and it grows (even if they are not on food) and stays higher than it should...

Hmm, still something not quite right.
If you move people from science to production the food increases, from 3 to 7...this should go down because of polution, not increase...so maybe polution effect is being added and not subtracted?

I have a problem now with negative income and, i think, negative food.
All 4 of my planets are producing more food then they are consuming and theyre combined income is +35, but the Totals for money and food are both red.
I have -300 credits and it went down from -200 in one turn, but im not in the red in income. My food is also in the red, but it doesnt say - something, but its dropping when it should be rising.
Edit: Ok the food bug seems to be ok, nothing has changed with that. Now my income is down to -600 and still dropping, but my empire continues to expand.

Yeah, its working now...did you fix it? If not it may still be their, just not happening right now...

Heh, the strange thing is I have -28 income each turn, but the amount in my treasury kesps going up...maybe its adding and not minusing or something?

I need to rename my empire Bank of America after the bank that now owns my empire.
As of midnight -4000 income with a +75 per turn.....
