I looked at in game forums, and a few questions about things that are in the guide. Maybe the guide is not clear on the things?
Maybe more links are needed to help users navigate better.
Is it possible to add anchors to each heading and sub heading on pages? Maybe just use heading name (in CammelCase) as anchor name, so when linking the information is right on screen. Also, if the anchor names are same as heading, its easy to write link directly to anchor 
Also, maybe in game in various places (where players may have difficulty), could a help icon be added, and clicking this will take players to related section of guide? May make finding help easier
Anyway, next sections need completing are:
Colony Queue
Description of Tech tree for science page.
I will write these soon 
Also, maybe an FAQ page is needed, with short description and links to guide.
I will make a list.
Finaly, maybe a search box for guide?. Maybe using google or somthing?

Also, a scary number of players seem inactive. Out of 64 empires, I would guess less than 10 are active...
Maybe a section of capital page for 'Recent forum posts' would help? With short section of post, and link to thread? May encourage players to join in more?
I know in DQ:E, it was often the case, but when we made an effort to get people to join in, it helped quite a bit...
Maybe a few threads for writing stories, empire history, other little things could all help
Also, maybe threads to vote on new features, anything to get people to post once. After that they are much more likely to get involved, and then keep playing...
I think I may post more suggestions on those forums in future, to help make it more of a discussion

We will add a forum preview on control page together with a link to FAQ (we need it asap) page. Active players are aroynd 30 actually. All other just entered to see what DQH is about. It is normal thing when you advertise your product.
