select an i-node set a destination and set the command to land/lift then click execute
reselect the i-node set the command to land/lift then click execute
the i-node will reach the destination in one turn no matter the distance

Confirmed, fixed on dev server, will test fix more and apply to current galaxies in 1-2 hours.
