about biomass do i have to mine it to turn it into biogel or is it done automacilly when the troph is set to biogel

Bio-forming is same as for humans is Terra-forming i.e. transform planet's enviroment to race needs.

Then, if I have a planet with UP or None Biomass the Bio-forming process transform this planet in a UR Biomass? A non Alpha-Gaea/Terrestrial class planet is transformed to a Alpha-Gaea planet?

Bio-form will transform planet to next class. For example from Crystaline to Adaptable, from Terrestrial to Alpha-Gaea. It will transform biomass parameter of the planet to next level (currently not implemented will be in near future). Fro example from UP to P, from R to UR.
It is not possible to Bio-form Gaz Giants, Asteroids and Alpha-Gaea planets.

What's happen?
I used the PSI-Storm then I received the message above:
"FAILED: Psi-Fluctuations were sensed"
What is wrong?

Should be SUCCESS - its a small bug. That means you did some psi damage to humans and mercs in that coordinates.

What is the best way to start with the Fagur? I hope
somebody can help because the guide isn't a

For Fagur Biogel is the esencial resource. Grow Troph to extract biomass and conver it into biogel. After that grow few proglotum, to expand your storage space (Fagur has a maximum limit for resourse amount). After several turns you'll be able to grow 1-2 Hives.
If you can aford do some sense and try to find Alpha-Gaea or Terrestrial class planets with resources in biomass more than average. Fagur grow faster on this planet classes.
Don't forget about planet protection. Grow Tachy oon each planet.
