in testing grounds i could produce about 1 per turn at age ~650

This is not a question per se, but a request.
Do you think you could have a "Net production" row for the Krong? I'm prety sure the Fagur and other races have that... but for the Krong I keep having to subtract the consuming from the producing to get my "net production".

I cant' remember but I think I was able to produce around maybe 4 around ~750.

yeah i could do that too but that was in tg i got 200 planets in one day once

I hope we'll finish those new reports for Krong and Human (started them some time ago) They are a more detailed, something like Fagur's report.
