Well...technicaly no...but for a few years now its been sort of been ok, as long as its not abused. For example you cant use 2 accounts to work together or to join same alliance, steal planets from one account to get tons with the other etc. That would be unfair...
If you just want to play a few races at once and keep them totaly separate...then its sort of ok. I doubt anyone will care.

Well, I don't make the rules, but probably that would be ok
So long as their isn't some hidden evil reason for soing so  .Such as to join an enemy alliance before with another account to spy on their plans...I have done that before though

well.. i am much more like raiding the krong y units so i can research a hell lot faster 
or selling the raid goods that my "enemy" empires provided

seems like i tick someone off too rofl.... look at the test galaxy someone open 3-4 accs in order to try to beat me...

Hmm...yeah...definately some multiaccounting their...if they are using the accounts to have an advantage then thats cheating, and as not much can probably be done its up to us to sort them out  I doubt that with even 4 accounts they could stand a chance against my mighty empire...once I start building that is...

This place is waay to under-populated for ppl to care about multis..
i guess its ok to have your way in your own corner of the galaxy, so long as you dont piss someone off.
